Here is our newest installment of “Training Tip Tuesday” at The Edge Martial Arts. Use this resource to help perfect your front Shell Guard technique, while practicing safely at home.

The Shell Guard Entry is something slightly different than our usual training tip. This is more of a “system” than a single technique, as it allows us to get in closer to our attacker and leaves us with various options in a self defense setting. Keep your chin tucked, your elbows tight, and step into your opponent.
