Here is our newest installment of “Training Tip Tuesday” at The Edge Martial Arts. Use this resource to help perfect your front back kick, while practicing at home.

Your turning back kick is one of your strongest kicks, but also one of the most technically difficult to do correctly. It requires you to turn your back on your opponent leaving you in a vulnerable position, meaning it should only be performed after sufficient practice.
