Here is our newest installment of “Training Tip Tuesday” at The Edge Martial Arts. Use this resource to help perfect your front kick while practicing at home.

Front kicks are another practical kick, which can be used offensively and defensively by creating space. Make sure to hit with the “ball” of your foot and minimize the area of impact thereby making it a stronger kick.
